1-SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Orders may not be changed once submitted.
Please double check your address. We take no responsibility for lost mail when the customer has given us the wrong address.

Shipping time : We ship Monday to Thursday for orders placed before 1pm local time. Any order after 1pm might be shipped next business day. We use Australia Post and Sendle to post your order. 90% of paid shipping orders are delivered within 2 working days in NSW and 3-4 working days for interstate orders. For order purchased only pigments with free shipping will be posted in a large letter via Australia post and it will take longer depends on your location.

RETURN POLICY

We regret we cannot accept return of goods Due to the nature of most of our products specially Silicone moulds. As we cannot ensure that fragrances and perishable products have not been opened, these are not returnable. Faulty goods are replaced as per Australian Consumer Law.
No goods will be accepted for refund or replacement without prior communication.
Goods must be received in the original condition in which they shipped – this means they must be re-packed using the packaging materials supplied originally.


There is a restocking fee applicable.
20% restocking fee applicable to un-opened un-used packaging returned in it’s original condition
Any request for returning stock must be made within two weeks from placing your order (this allows for shipping delivery times Australia wide) Samples may NOT be returned.We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you have opened a product please do not send it back as we cannot re-sell it. We know you would not want to receive an item someone else had opened! We want you to be happy with our products so if the color is not to your liking we are happy to take it back. In this case though, you are responsible to pay for the shipping. Photo Colors vary camera to camera and screen to screen and we do the best we can to replicate the color for you. It helps to read the reviews also and see what others thought of the color.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

SHIPPING
All shipping on domestic is free for purchases over 200$. To get the free shipping you must select the FREE SHIPPING option. Generally we ship your order within 48 hours with the exception of Friday ,weekends and holidays. If you want an item shipped over night then it must be submitted before 10 am. This also does not apply to Fridaya, weekends or holidays.

If you have selected the free shipping option we select the least expensive method to ship your items. Generally shipping will be through Australian Post and no tracking number will be included.
We do not accept liability or delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address. Deliveries will be left if no-one home unless otherwise specifically stated on your order.

Always take time to properly fill in your address. Using capital letters when appropriate is important See the examples below. Not entering your address properly will result in shipping delays for your order since we need to contact you and wait for your reply.

We can Ship to virtually any address in the Australia and overseas.

Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full grams.
SHIPPING QUOTES CAN BE OBTAINED ON THE PAGE BEFORE CHECKOUT AND AFTER YOU HAVE ENTERED YOUR ADDRESS.

If you have a large order you may be contacted in order to offer you lesser or faster shipping options with Express.

All items purchased from ART r US (artrus.com.au) are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Please allow 5-10 business days for shipment.
ART r US (artrus.com.au) does not accept any responsibility for delivery times, this is totally pursuant to the terms and conditions and times set by the Delivery company.
We DO NOT refund shipping in the case of late deliveries. If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, and thus affecting delivery we may have to charge an additional delivery charge.

DIRECT DEPOSIT

If you are paying via Direct Deposit our account details will be confirmed on your order and notification summary so that you can go straight into your banking and pay. If you wish to expedite your order shipment, please copy and paste the receipt onto an email so that it can ship straight away. Do add us to your “safe senders” list so that our emails pass through your spam filter.

CREDIT CARD

We accept major cards. If paying via Credit Card you will receive ONE debit which includes the freight and your order enters the shipping queue immediately.

We do not record your Credit Card details on our site. Secure Credit Card payments are managed by PayPal or Stipe or afterpay or layby.

Credit Card Details and Declined Cards: We take your Credit Card security very seriously and we WILL NOT telephone you (even if requested) to ascertain your card details. Cards being declined are often due to to customers accidentally entering the incorrect expiry. We will email you if there is a problem with your card and ask you to telephone us or supply the missing data.

PAYPAL

If paying by PayPal, this is NOT always immediate. It can take up to TWO WORKING DAYS for the funds to be received by us.
After submitting your order you will be re-directed to the PayPal website where you then authorise the payment to us and complete your ordering proccess.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

We offer the following ordering options for your convenience

Online Shop The fastest and easiest way of placing your order is through our shopping trolley. This will provide both of us with a written copy of the order, thereby eliminating errors and misunderstandings.

Our website offers a “Saved Trolley” feature – this means you can place items in the trolley and this will be held there for up to 60 days before they are automatically cleared from your trolley.

COLLECTION OF ORDERS

Local customers are able to collect their orders by prior arrangement only. There is NO MINIMUM ORDER amount for orders being collected. If you forget something, or want to “have a sniff” first, we can usually add these items to your order upon collection.

ADDITIONS TO ORDERS

Depending on how far your order has progressed, we may be able to add to your order. However, once your order is sealed or packed we are unable to add additional items. We may have to treat the new items as a new order, pack these in a separate box, and charge separate postal rates for the additional items. We cannot unpack a box that’s already properly packed to add new items to the order. We will of course endeavour to include an item if the order has not been packed. We usually ship within 48 hours of receiving payment, often sooner than this. We thank you for your understanding.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS– Pre-Order Items

Whilst we strive to keep all items in stock at all times, we do occasionally run out of some items or we have them on a Pre-order.  We will mark these items on the Website as soon as we are aware of this.  We will NOT process your order until we have been in contact with you via email and asked what you would like to do.  As extra postal costs would be incurred if we made two shipments, we will always contact you via email to ask you how you would like us to proceed.  You can delete the item or wait for it to come into stock. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause you.

PROCESSING TIMES

Your parcel will usually leave our premises within 2 working days of you placing your order and receiving your payment. However, orders are often shipped sooner than this. If not, we will contact you via email to let you know of any delay.

SPECIALS, OFFERS AND FRENZY SALES

We offer Monthly Specials, and these begin as close to the first of the month as possible, and finish anytime after the second last day of the calendar month.  Offers are ONLY run via our own Newsletters and Social Media – coupon codes that may be found on ‘coupon websites’ are gathered either by a ‘bot’ or entirely invented and NOT pubished or placed there by us.  There is no way for us to delete the erroneous listings.  We run random, but often monthly FRENZY sales with larger than usual discounts.  All goods must be paid for immediately and all sales are final.  Any faults (if the reason for the special) are listed and if possible photographed.  Faulty items are rarely listed in the frenzy sale.

VEGETARIAN AND VEGAN PRODUCTS

All our Mica powder and Neon powder are suitable for Vegetarians, nearly all are Vegan friendly.  If you are Vegan please see individual product.  If in doubt please get in touch with us.
